how to uninstall skype from your computer

Today I write the guide article to uninstall the Skype application form your computer, this article is applicable for Window 7. There are few simple steps to uninstall the Skype form your computer, you can easily uninstall Skype by fallowing these steps, these steps are as fallow:

Step 1:

First of all close the skype, Right click the skype icon in the system tray and choose the option " Quit  Skype " as shown the figure below: 

 

Important Notice:

Save your personal information, your contacts or account information  before uninstalling the Skype on your computer. for saving your important data first goto Run in start menu, and then type the command " appdata\skype " click OK. copy your picture folder with your Skype name and save it another location.

Step 2:

Again goto start menu and click on the Run or press the Windows key and R at the same time. and type the following command. "appwiz.cpl" and click OK as shown the following figure:

Step 3:

After click the OK button you have a list of all program file that you have installed on your computer, so select the Skype from the list and click on the Uninstall button as shown the figure below:

After clicking the Uninstall, computer will ask you to delete the Skype, you select the Yes:

And last the Skype will continue to Uninstall.
